Douglas Adams
SVP, Development
Doug is experienced in real estate development, equity and lending. He is responsible for entitlement and development of new ground-up and repositioning projects, having amassed an extensive track record of successful development on the East Coast. Prior to joining Streetworks Development, Doug was a Senior Director of Development and Municipal Finance for Brookfield Properties Retail, formerly General Growth Properties. Doug has also served as a developer at Seligson Properties, an equity provider at CIG International, and lender at George Mason and First American Banks.

Jess Greene
SVP, Market + Innovation
Jess oversees the coordination of all planning and design for Streetworks Development, working with the company’s outside consultants to ensure high quality delivery of development strategy. His diverse background in real estate finance and development, along with his master’s degree in Architecture, provides him with the expertise to overcome complex urban development challenges. Jess also executes the firm’s specialty mixed-media projects that require a high-level of conceptual creativity simultaneous with immediate implementation. He has led projects for The District Detroit project including the award-winning District Detroit Launch experience, the record-setting interactive Preview Center and the multi-disciplinary pedestrian concourse experience for Little Caesars Arena.

Kenneth Narva
Chairman & Chief Development Officer
A seasoned real estate developer and consultant, Ken sets the strategic vision for the firm and oversees all of Streetworks’ Development and consulting activities. Among his most notable developments are the mixed-use, $313 million Blue Back Square project in West Hartford, Connecticut; the $250 million New Roc City retail and entertainment complex in New Rochelle, New York; and the $150 million Ridgeway Center urban retail complex in Stamford, Connecticut. Ken has advised some of the country’s most prominent real estate companies, including Federal Realty Investment Trust, Starwood Capital Partners, National Realty & Development, Roseland Properties, Capital Properties, Rose Associates, and Boston Properties. He has also participated in the completion of over 100 urban grocery-anchored shopping centers.

Lisa Weitzman
SVP, Investments
Lisa is co-founder of BlueStar Global Investors LLC., a research-focused financial firm that specializes in the Israeli capital markets. BlueStar creates and markets investment strategies and products that provide global institutional and retail investors efficient access to the full range of Israeli asset classes. Responsibilities have included business execution, strategy and marketing.
Lisa has more than 25 years of national market experience in the commercial real estate industry, with in-depth partner experience in real estate development and the capital markets. She has led or co-managed the origination, underwriting, structuring, negotiating and closing of over $2.2 billion in real estate assets, through multiple cycles of the market, multiple phases of an asset’s progression from site development through stabilization, and on a broad array of property types.
Lisa has been active in leadership roles and as a board member of several non-profit organizations including UJA Real Estate Division, Youth Renewal Fund, BPEACE (Business Council for Peace), and Simon Wiesenthal Center in New York. Most recently, she joined the Executive Committee of Building Relationships – Spill the Honey.

Richard Hamori
Chief Operating Officer
Richard’s primary focus is delivering on Streetworks Development’s vision and strategy. During his tenure at HBC he oversaw construction throughout North America and Europe, with a focus on delivering all projects on time and on budget. Richard led all design, creative and planning functions for all businesses under HBC’s umbrella of brands, overseeing the delivery of more than 13 million square feet of space in the past decade. Richard also serves as chapter president and executive director for IRDI (International Retail Design Institute) Toronto Chapter and as an advisory board member for WMSD and A.R.E. Prior to joining HBC in January 2005, Richard held Vice President roles with CDA / FixtureTHIS leading North America shopfitters, leading all sales, marketing, design and creative functions. He has also advised leading companies and organizations on design, creative and program management including H&M, Nike and Sears.

Richard Heapes
SVP, Design + Architecture
Richard is a nationally recognized expert in the planning and design of urban, mixed-use developments in cities around the world. He has directed the planning, design and public consensus building for more than fifty “Main Street” projects across the country, including many recipients of national AIA and ULI Awards of Excellence. As a developer, Richard led the creation and public education effort for the $285 million Blue Back Square mixed-use development in West Hartford, Connecticut. He also managed the creation and public consensus effort for Streetworks Development’s $2+ billion redevelopment of downtown Detroit, Michigan, along with other major development initiatives in urban downtowns including Port Chester and White Plains, New York, and Detroit, Michigan.

Trenesa Danuser
Vice President, Marketing Comms + Outreach
Trenesa, known as “Tre” (pronounced tree), is global head of Branding, Communications, and Community Outreach for Streetworks Development. In her role, she leads communications campaigns to engage with local communities and stakeholders around the development process, ensuring that Streetworks Development’s values as a socially-conscious developer, live at the forefront of the brand and actions. Throughout her executive career, Trenesa has held leadership positions with Estee Lauder Companies, Marina Maher Communications, and Ingalls, Quinn & Johnson. Trenesa continues a consultant role for select clients focusing her marketing communications acumen primarily towards developing multicultural strategy for small businesses to Fortune 100 CPG corporations.

Medo Doss
VP, Development + Construction
Medo oversees the construction and tenant coordination efforts for Streetworks Development, including all lease negotiations relating to work-letters, construction responsibility, schedules and other related lease provisions. With real estate development and construction experience encompassing all phases of design and construction, Medo has executed over $3.5B of development across over 100 sites in North America, spanning a range of project types including transportation, hospitality, residential, office, commercial/retail, educational, and manufacturing facilities. Prior to HBC’s acquisition of Streetworks, Medo led the U.S. construction efforts for all of HBC’s banners, including the expansive renovation of the NYC Saks Fifth Avenue Flagship and the strategic expansion of Saks Off Fifth.

Christian Michel
Vice President, Market Analysis
Christian leads the analyses of real estate markets and development concepts at Streetworks Development with a focus on determining the highest value generation potential of development projects. Christian’s expertise lies in assessing markets, development feasibility and value creation potential of national and international, high-profile real estate projects. In his past role as a real estate and development consultant, he developed a deep understanding of all asset classes and life cycle aspects, including market assessment and financing, development planning, property acquisitioning and repositioning. With a Masters in Geography and Business Administration, he adds the most value where urban and real estate planning intersect.

Carolina Simon
Vice President, Development
Carolina is responsible for overseeing the performance of Streetworks Development’s real estate portfolio and the repositioning of several assets through creative, mixed-use redevelopment and adaptive reuse. Before joining Streetworks Development and HBC, Carolina was a founding member of VR Investments, a single family office in New York. As the director of real estate, she oversaw the capital allocation for investments where she sourced, valued, executed and managed direct and indirect investments ranging from core and core-plus to opportunistic and high-conviction strategies globally. Prior to VR, Carolina managed the development of highly specialized and complex projects for HOK, a global architecture firm, where she oversaw a multitude of projects and global teams and consistently delivered high performing building and maximized project margins.

Andrew F. Wallace
Vice President, Development
Andrew has decades of real estate development experience, having worked with industry leaders throughout a career that has spanned from Europe to the US. At Streetworks Development, he is tasked with managing a portfolio of properties for all phases of development and redevelopment processes, from the time of initial due diligence and site acquisition through stabilized occupancy. Previously, Andrew ran OREG, LLC, where he focused on three developments in northern Alabama. His real estate career started with Value Retail, one of the world’s leading developers of luxury factory outlet centers in Europe. Andrew returned to the United States and worked for Fareri Associates, developing and constructing projects across all product types. Andrew sits on the Alumni Leadership Council of Portsmouth Abbey School, and is a member of the Georgetown University Real Estate Alliance that allows him to mentor students interested in a career in real estate. He is also a member of the Finance and Building Committees of Saint Joseph’s Parish in Norwalk, CT.
