Medo oversees the construction and tenant coordination efforts for Streetworks Development, including all lease negotiations relating to work-letters, construction responsibility, schedules and other related lease provisions. With real estate development and construction experience encompassing all phases of design and construction, Medo has executed over $3.5B of development across over 100 sites in North America, spanning a range of project types including transportation, hospitality, residential, office, commercial/retail, educational, and manufacturing facilities. Prior to HBC’s acquisition of Streetworks, Medo led the U.S. construction efforts for all of HBC’s banners, including the expansive renovation of the NYC Saks Fifth Avenue Flagship and the strategic expansion of Saks Off Fifth.

Carolina is responsible for overseeing the performance of Streetworks Development’s real estate portfolio and the repositioning of several assets through creative, mixed-use redevelopment and adaptive reuse. Before joining Streetworks Development and HBC, Carolina was a founding member of VR Investments, a single family office in New York. As the director of real estate, she oversaw the capital allocation for investments where she sourced, valued, executed and managed direct and indirect investments ranging from core and core-plus to opportunistic and high-conviction strategies globally. Prior to VR, Carolina managed the development of highly specialized and complex projects for HOK, a global architecture firm, where she oversaw a multitude of projects and global teams and consistently delivered high performing building and maximized project margins.

Andrew has decades of real estate development experience, having worked with industry leaders throughout a career that has spanned from Europe to the US. At Streetworks Development, he is tasked with managing a portfolio of properties for all phases of development and redevelopment processes, from the time of initial due diligence and site acquisition through stabilized occupancy. Previously, Andrew ran OREG, LLC, where he focused on three developments in northern Alabama. His real estate career started with Value Retail, one of the world’s leading developers of luxury factory outlet centers in Europe. Andrew returned to the United States and worked for Fareri Associates, developing and constructing projects across all product types. Andrew sits on the Alumni Leadership Council of Portsmouth Abbey School, and is a member of the Georgetown University Real Estate Alliance that allows him to mentor students interested in a career in real estate. He is also a member of the Finance and Building Committees of Saint Joseph’s Parish in Norwalk, CT.

Doug is experienced in real estate development, equity and lending. He is responsible for entitlement and development of new ground-up and repositioning projects, having amassed an extensive track record of successful development on the East Coast. Prior to joining Streetworks Development, Doug was a Senior Director of Development and Municipal Finance for Brookfield Properties Retail, formerly General Growth Properties. Doug has also served as a developer at Seligson Properties, an equity provider at CIG International, and lender at George Mason and First American Banks.
