Building Together

At Streetworks Development, we transform the way people connect with urban and suburban spaces. We actively engage with and learn from communities as part of our design and development strategy because we know that we can accomplish more together than we ever could alone.

Little Caesars Arena

Detroit, MI

Streetworks Development acted as the Lead Development Advisor, Design Resource and Senior Construction Manager for the Little Caesars Arena and adjacent mixed-use environments. Home to the Detroit Red Wings (NHL) and Detroit Pistons (NBA), the $1+ billion event center complex was conceived and located as the initial catalyst for The District Detroit and the Woodward Square neighborhood.

Blue Back Square

West Hartford, CT

As Managing General Partner, Streetworks Development’s involvement as a principal began with the acquisition of a vacant car dealership to incorporate its development potential with adjacent underperforming properties and town-owned facilities. The resulting development effectively doubled the size of West Hartford's previously vulnerable downtown and has become a national model for place-based urban revitalization.
